Kendall Erlenbusch
Owner of Kendall Melissa Events and strong believer in finding true love. Kendall spent the last twelve years in the hospitality business working her way up through the ranks with Hyatt Hotels. She became one of the youngest Director of Events in the company and was named Director of the Year in 2016. In 2017 she was named one of the “50 Women to Watch” by F&B Magazine. During her tenure she has sold, planned, and executed events from two guests to 1,200 guests. With her experience she has great knowledge of the sales process as well as the operation and execution, which allows her to see the event as a whole through a professional’s eye. She can foresee potential issues before they arise and can use her expertise to design a flawless event. She has always had a passion for piecing together the perfect event for every occasion.
Kendall and her husband Kris planned, designed, and executed their dream destination wedding in Sedona, Arizona. During the planning process they were told by many industry professionals that they would not be able to pull off their wedding dreams with their allotted budget. With their expertise in the Hospitality industry they knew their dream was absolutely achievable and saw this as yet another challenge to overcome. During this process they realized how many other brides and grooms were in a similar situation and told 'no’ or ‘impossible’, which ignited a flame to help others bring their wedding dreams to fruition.
Event planning has always been in her blood and she thrives on ensuring all the details; however large are small, are executed with purpose and thought. Her calm under pressure nature allows her to handle every situation with grace and class, all the while keeping her client’s interest close to her heart. She believes in the power of love and the love story of each couple. She can see the couple’s vision as her own and treats their day as if it were her own dream wedding. Nothing gives her greater joy than seeing two souls collide as they say “I Do!”
